Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong setiap bisnis untuk beradaptasi dalam menciptakan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal, termasuk dalam industri pangan hewani seperti Cowlist Yogyakarta. Ketiadaan platform penjualan online resmi dan antarmuka pengguna yang belum optimal menjadi permasalahan utama yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang terdiri dari lima tahapan: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test untuk merancang UI/UX tampilan depan (front-end) website yang responsif, estetis, dan ramah pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe website yang dilengkapi fitur interaktif, seperti informasi produk dan promosi, yang telah menunjukkan peningkatan pada kepuasan pengguna melalui uji coba terbatas. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelola Cowlist Yogyakarta maupun pelaku bisnis serupa dalam mengembangkan platform digital yang lebih efektif dan berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna.
