Abstract

A business said to be successful when the business is growing. And the success of a business will be realized if the balance on existing activities in business management, including human resources. The role of computers is inevitable especially in a situation where its existence is very urgent to be fulfilled, and also realized due to limitations of human ability in handling the information manually will face a difficulty. From the system being designed is a computerized phone service transactions at the counter "Blackberry Labs" is expected to assist businesses in dealing with mobile phone service transactions and can determine its earnings, as long as the data processing is still done manually. The purpose of the system is a mobile phone service transaction information to help improve the performance of counters in serve admin user, this could minimize the occurrence of mistakes in recording Data. Remember some of the weaknesses of Data recording system manually, it made this application Mobile Transaction service so as to minimize the mistakes that often occur, such as entry and exit reports Handphone, and a financial data processing due to human error.
