Abstract
Car Rental is a business entity in the field of car rental services. Information system, borrowing and return car on CV. Ngeland Tour is considered ineffective because loan data recording, data returns and daily transactions alongwith reports are still done in writing by recording using books and paper so that this system is not efficient in saving time, effort and material. This study aims to determine the current system, make a system design and to determine the implementation of the results of the design information system that was built. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based information system car rental on CV. Ngeland Tour. In building the system the approach method used is a structured approach method using a prototype development method wherethe data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. As analysis and design tools used are UI Structures, system flowcharts, and data flow diagrams. While the supporting software used is Laravel The results of the research at CV.Ngeland Tour can be concluded that withthe construction of information system, borrowing and return cars are expected toassist employees in managing customer data, lending, returns and can reduce errors in the data process recording and reduce errors in report generation.
