Abstract

Koramil 22/Ayah faces challenges in information dissemination and manual recording of Babinsa activities, leading to reporting delays, data inaccuracies, and difficulties in archiving and retrieving information. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that enables real-time and structured reporting of Babinsa activities while evaluating its effectiveness in improving reporting efficiency and accuracy compared to manual methods. This study adopts the Waterfall method, consisting of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. Blackbox Testing was conducted to ensure system functionality, while the System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to assess usability, ensuring optimal use by Koramil personnel and the public. The results indicate that the developed system enables real-time activity reporting, document and photo uploads, and more accurate and structured information management. Additionally, the website allows the public to easily access information about Koramil 22/Ayah. The system implementation has proven to enhance reporting efficiency, increase transparency, reduce recording errors, accelerate data management, and improve public engagement in obtaining reliable information.
