Abstract
In today’s global world, the importance of English cannot be denied and ignored since English is the greatest common language spoken universally. To learn English requires constant practice. Media English is a language teaching academy and consultancy founded in 1995 whose objective is to create and deliver English language training using engaging and innovative multimedia technology. The problem experienced by users of English learning media applications is that users do not know the level of English, so it is difficult for users to choose an English course according to the user's level. This application produces an English course recommendation system by developing the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method.
