      "abstract": "Tata kelola perusahaan merupakan mekanisme yang mengatur hubungan \r\nantara manajemen, dewan, pemegang saham, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk\r\nmencapai tujuan perusahaan secara efektif. Penerapan tata kelola yang baik diyakini\r\ndapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan, efisiensi operasional, akses pembiayaan,\r\nkepercayaan investor, serta nilai bagi pemegang saham dan pemangku kepentingan,\r\ndengan berlandaskan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas,\r\nindependensi, serta kewajaran. Untuk menilai kualitas tata kelola, berbagai\r\nkerangka penilaian dikembangkan, salah satunya The ASEAN Corporate\r\nGovernance Scorecard (ACGS), yang menggunakan 146 indikator berbasis\r\ninformasi publik, termasuk laporan tahunan. Namun, proses penilaian ACGS\r\nmenghadapi tantangan seperti volume dokumen yang besar, struktur dokumen yang\r\nberagam, penggunaan bahasa tidak seragam, dan waktu penilaian yang panjang.\r\nPendekatan semantic retrieval berbasis dense retrieval dan reranker menawarkan\r\nsolusi untuk tantangan ini, karena mampu memahami kesamaan makna antar\r\nkalimat dan meningkatkan relevansi hasil pencarian. Dalam arsitektur ini, biencoder\r\nberperan\r\nsebagai\r\nretriever\r\nuntuk menemukan\r\nkandidat\r\nrelevan,\r\nsedangkan\r\n\r\ncross-encoder\r\n\r\nmelakukan reranking. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan dan\r\nmengevaluasi arsitektur dense retrieval dan reranker dalam penilaian tata kelola\r\nperusahaan pada laporan tahunan emiten publik di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan\r\nini, proses penelusuran informasi diharapkan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat,\r\nkonsisten, dan relevan secara semantik, sehingga mendukung evaluasi tata kelola\r\nyang lebih efisien dan akurat.",
