PT Global Intermedia Nusantara saat ini masih menggunakan metode\r\npelaporan kerusakan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam\r\npenyampaian informasi, kesulitan dalam proses monitoring, serta kurang\r\noptimalnya dokumentasi data. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmerancang dan membangun sistem pelaporan kerusakan berbasis web yang mampu\r\nmeningkatkan efektivitas pelaporan, monitoring, serta koordinasi antara pengguna.\r\nMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Scrum yang bersifat\r\niteratif dan inkremental. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui beberapa\r\ntahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem\r\nmenggunakan UML, serta implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel dan\r\ndatabase PostgreSQL. Pengembangan dilakukan dalam beberapa sprint yang\r\nmelibatkan sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective\r\nuntuk memastikan sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu\r\nmempercepat proses pelaporan, meningkatkan ketepatan dan ketersediaan\r\ninformasi secara real-time, serta mempermudah monitoring dan pengelolaan data\r\nsecara terpusat. Selain itu, sistem juga meningkatkan koordinasi antara staff,\r\nteknisi, administrator, dan super admin. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai efektif\r\ndan layak digunakan sebagai solusi dalam pengelolaan laporan kerusakan di PT\r\nGlobal Intermedia Nusantara."^^xsd:string;
