	bibo:abstract "Kesadaran siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) terhadap penerapan pola hidup sehat \r\nsaat ini masih rendah, ditandai dengan kurangnya aktivitas fisik serta pola\r\nkonsumsi makanan yang tidak seimbang. Meskipun materi Pola Hidup Sehat\r\n(PHS) telah masuk dalam kurikulum, metode penyampaiannya masih didominasi\r\noleh ceramah konvensional dan media cetak statis. Akibatnya, siswa cenderung\r\ncepat bosan, motivasi belajar menurun, dan nilai akademis sulit mencapai batas\r\nketuntasan minimal. Selain itu, tenaga pendidik juga mengalami kendala dalam\r\nmendemonstrasikan kebiasaan sehat karena keterbatasan alat peraga di sekolah.\r\n \r\nSebagai solusi, dilakukan penelitian inovatif menggunakan metode \r\nResearch and Development (R&D). Proses perancangan diawali dengan\r\npenyusunan naskah (script) dan cetak biru visual berupa storyboard. Selanjutnya,\r\ndilakukan pengumpulan komponen digital (material collecting) seperti aset grafis\r\ndan rekaman suara (voiceover). Proses pembuatan animasi dieksekusi secara\r\nintensif menggunakan software Adobe After Effects, dengan fokus pada\r\npengaturan titik gerak (keyframing) yang mendetail serta sinkronisasi audio-visual\r\nberbasis grafik gelombang suara (waveform) demi menghasilkan pergerakan\r\nkarakter yang halus.\r\n \r\nHasil akhir penelitian ini adalah video animasi 2D berformat .MP4 yang \r\nmengintegrasikan karakter edukatif \"Boby\" dan \"Kak Sehat\". Video ini\r\nmerangkum materi kesehatan dasar secara komprehensif, mulai dari tata cara\r\nmencuci tangan enam langkah, pedoman gizi \"Isi Piringku\", hingga pentingnya\r\nwaktu istirahat. Produk multimedia ini layak digunakan oleh guru sebagai media\r\npembelajaran di kelas maupun orang tua di rumah melalui platform YouTube dan\r\nTikTok. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, disarankan agar media ini\r\ndikembangkan menjadi aplikasi gim interaktif demi meningkatkan keterlibatan\r\naktif siswa."^^xsd:string;
