	bibo:abstract "PT Sarana Insan Muda Selaras (SIMS) Lifemedia Yogyakarta merupakan\r\nperusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi dan layanan multimedia.\r\nPada divisi Value Added Service (VAS), penggunaan aplikasi VAS Mobile masih\r\nmenghadapi kendala, yaitu belum tersedianya penyimpanan dokumen terpusat dan\r\nmonitoring tugas secara real-time. Hal ini menyebabkan berkas proyek tersebar,\r\nsulit dicari, serta kurangnya transparansi dalam pemantauan pekerjaan. Oleh karena\r\nitu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan fitur VAS Drive sebagai media\r\npenyimpanan dokumen terpusat dan Task Tracker sebagai sarana monitoring tugas\r\nsecara real-time dalam aplikasi VAS Mobile. \r\nMetode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah\r\nAgile Scrum, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan utama. Tahapan tersebut diawali\r\ndengan identifikasi masalah dan solusi, dilanjutkan dengan analisis kebutuhan serta\r\npenentuan susunan tim. Selanjutnya dilakukan implementasi Scrum seperti\r\npenyusunan Product Backlog dan pelaksanaan Sprint. Tahapan Sprint mencakup\r\nSprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, dan Sprint Retrospective untuk\r\nmemastikan setiap iterasi berjalan efektif. Setelah proses pengembangan selesai,\r\npengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing dengan\r\nmelakukan pengujian langsung terhadap fungsi-fungsi sistem yang telah\r\ndikembangkan untuk memastikan kesesuaian antara input dan output sesuai\r\nkebutuhan pengguna. \r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi VAS Mobile\r\nmenggunakan framework Flutter dapat membantu anggota divisi VAS dalam\r\nmengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi sebelumnya. Fitur VAS Drive mampu\r\nmempermudah pengelolaan serta pencarian dokumen proyek secara terpusat,\r\nsedangkan fitur Task Tracker meningkatkan transparansi dan mempermudah proses\r\nmonitoring progres pekerjaan secara real-time.
