Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membangun,\r\ndan menganalisis sistem pemesanan online berbasis web. Fokus utama penelitian\r\nadalah menganalisis performa sistem yang dibangun menggunakan Node.js, yang\r\ndipilih karena arsitekturnya yang asynchronous non-blocking untuk menangani\r\ntransaksi secara responsif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengevaluasi\r\ntingkat usability (kebergunaan) sistem untuk memastikan kemudahan penggunaan\r\nbagi pelanggan dan admin. \r\nAnalisis performa dilakukan melalui pengujian beban untuk mengukur\r\nwaktu respons dan kapasitas sistem, sementara evaluasi usability menggunakan\r\nmetode pengujian pengguna standar. Hasil penelitian adalah sebuah aplikasi yang\r\ntidak hanya fungsional, tetapi juga terbukti berkinerja tinggi dan memiliki\r\ntingkat usability yang baik.
