      "abstract": "Perkembangan media sosial memungkinkan masyarakat menyampaikan\r\nopini secara terbuka terhadap berbagai isu, termasuk mengenai Tim Nasional\r\nIndonesia. Cuitan yang muncul di platform Twitter sering kali memuat beragam\r\naspek sekaligus, seperti strategi pelatih, performa pemain, hasil pertandingan, dan\r\nopini umum. Oleh karena itu, analisis sentimen multi-aspek diperlukan untuk\r\nmemahami sentimen publik secara lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmenerapkan metode ensemble weighted soft-voting dengan menggabungkan model\r\nLogistic Regression dan IndoBERT dalam tugas deteksi aspek multi-label dan\r\nklasifikasi sentimen per aspek terhadap cuitan Twitter berbahasa Indonesia\r\nmengenai Timnas Indonesia pada era kepelatihan Patrick Kluivert. Proses\r\npenelitian meliputi pengumpulan data cuitan, praproses teks, pemodelan\r\nmenggunakan Logistic Regression berbasis TF-IDF dan IndoBERT, serta evaluasi\r\nkinerja model. Pada masing-masing model dilakukan hyperparameter tuning dan\r\nthreshold tuning untuk memperoleh konfigurasi terbaik. Selanjutnya, kedua model\r\ndigabungkan menggunakan metode ensemble weighted soft-voting dengan\r\npencarian bobot dan ambang keputusan optimal pada setiap aspek. Evaluasi\r\ndilakukan menggunakan metrik Macro-F1, Micro-F1, dan Area Under the Curve\r\n(AUC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ensemble mampu\r\nmeningkatkan performa dibandingkan model tunggal. Pada tugas deteksi aspek,\r\nmodel ensemble menghasilkan nilai Macro-F1 keseluruhan yang lebih baik\r\ndibandingkan Logistic Regression maupun IndoBERT. Pada tugas klasifikasi\r\nsentimen per aspek, pendekatan ensemble juga menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih\r\nstabil dengan performa tertinggi pada aspek hasil pertandingan. Secara keseluruhan,\r\nkombinasi kedua model memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan stabilitas dan\r\nakurasi prediksi pada analisis sentimen multi-aspek.",
