	bibo:abstract "Penyakit Kardiovaskular (CVD) merupakan penyebab utama kematian global\r\nyang memerlukan penanganan preventif untuk mengurangi beban Fasilitas\r\nKesehatan Tingkat I serta mendukung Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)\r\npoin ke-3. Penelitian ini mengembangkan Selaras, sebuah platform kesehatan\r\ndigital yang mengintegrasikan kalkulator klinis dengan teknologi kecerdasan\r\nbuatan adaptif. Fokus utama penelitian adalah implementasi arsitektur Back-End\r\nmenggunakan framework Laravel 12 dengan inovasi Service-Repository Pattern.\r\nMetode ini memisahkan logika kompleks kalkulasi algoritma SCORE2 secara\r\nterstruktur untuk meningkatkan skalabilitas sistem. Hasil kalkulasi diintegrasikan\r\ndengan Generative AI melalui Gemini API menggunakan strategi Context\r\nInjection dan sliding window pada database MySQL. Strategi ini berfungsi\r\nmenganonimkan data Personally Identifiable Information (PII) dengan hanya\r\nmengirimkan variabel kesehatan esensial ke dalam prompt AI guna menjaga\r\nprivasi medis dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan token. Evaluasi sistem\r\nmencakup pengujian performa API, fungsionalitas Cron Job, dan metrik efisiensi\r\ntoken. Secara praktis, keandalan arsitektur Selaras telah divalidasi melalui\r\npencapaian Juara 3 kompetisi App Development pada ajang Multimedia and\r\nGame Event (MAGE) 11 di Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember.
