menghadapi kendala signifikan dalam manajemen aset tanah yang tersebar luas di&#13;
berbagai titik. Proses inventarisasi dan pemantauan aset masih sangat bergantung&#13;
pada prosedur manual yang belum terintegrasi secara digital. Kondisi ini&#13;
mengakibatkan petugas sering kesulitan dalam melakukan verifikasi batas lahan&#13;
dan pengecekan data fisik di lapangan secara cepat. Dampak dari permasalahan&#13;
tersebut adalah inefisiensi operasional, risiko terjadinya kesalahan identifikasi batas&#13;
aset, serta potensi munculnya permasalahan sengketa lahan dengan pihak ketiga&#13;
yang dapat merugikan perusahaan.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD)&#13;
untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Mobile Geographic Information System (GIS)&#13;
berbasis Android. Langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah dimulai dengan tahap&#13;
identifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan antarmuka, pengembangan sistem&#13;
menggunakan framework Flutter, serta integrasi layanan database Firebase dan &#13;
Open Street Maps. Proses pengembangan ini memastikan sistem mampu&#13;
mengakomodasi kebutuhan pemetaan spasial dan manajemen data tekstual aset&#13;
tanah dengan alur kerja yang sistematis.&#13;
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi mobile yang mampu&#13;
memvisualisasikan koordinat aset tanah secara real-time dan akurat bagi para&#13;
petugas. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sistem digitalisasi aset yang&#13;
transparan dan mudah diakses, sehingga mempermudah pengambilan keputusan&#13;
oleh manajemen PT KAI DAOP 6 Yogyakarta. Aplikasi ini dapat dimanfaatkan&#13;
secara langsung oleh unit terkait untuk mengoptimalkan pengamanan dan&#13;
pengawasan aset negara. Kedepannya, sistem ini direkomendasikan untuk&#13;
dikembangkan dengan penambahan fitur integrasi Internet of Things (IoT) untuk&#13;
pemantauan aset tanah yang lebih luas.</dc:description>
