Di sisi lain, masyarakat belum memahami alur pengaduan\r\nsecara jelas serta tidak dapat memantau perkembangan laporan tanpa datang\r\nlangsung ke kantor, yang berdampak pada kurangnya efisiensi dan transparansi\r\nlayanan.\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX dan mengimplementasikan\r\nfront-end sistem pengaduan online berbasis web sebagai solusi atas permasalahan\r\ntersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking yang meliputi tahapan\r\nempathize, define, ideate, dan prototype untuk menghasilkan rancangan yang\r\nberpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil perancangan kemudian\r\ndiimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk front-end. Pengujian sistem dilakukan\r\nmenggunakan metode Single Ease Question (SEQ) dan User Experience\r\nQuestionnaire (UEQ).\r\nHasil penelitian berupa rancangan antarmuka dan implementasi front-end\r\nsistem pengaduan yang mampu menyajikan informasi layanan secara terstruktur,\r\nmenyediakan panduan pengisian aduan, serta menampilkan status laporan secara\r\njelas. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memahami dan\r\nmengakses layanan pengaduan dengan lebih mudah, serta mendukung petugas\r\ndalam menerima data yang lebih terstruktur sehingga meningkatkan kualitas\r\npelayanan."^^xsd:string;
