Analisis matriks\r\nSWOT menempatkan dayBox pada posisi Kuadran I (Agresif) dengan skor IFAS\r\n4,65 dan EFAS 3,00, yang menunjukkan kekuatan internal besar untuk menangkap\r\npeluang pasar secara masif. Secara finansial, dayBox mencatatkan performa sangat\r\nsehat pada tahun 2025 dengan total pendapatan Rp1.567.551.363 dan laba bersih\r\nmencapai Rp363.450.025. Efisiensi model bisnis ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Return\r\nOn Investment (ROI) sebesar 103,89% serta masa pengembalian modal yang sangat\r\ncepat, yakni kurang lebih 11,5 bulan.
