      "abstract": "Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini membuka peluang yang lebih\r\nluas bagi pelaku usaha untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Toko Warko,\r\nsebuah toko retail yang masih menerapkan sistem penjualan manual, yaitu pembeli\r\nharus datang langsung ke toko untuk melakukan transaksi. Kondisi ini\r\nmenyebabkan proses penjualan kurang efisien dan jangkauan pasar menjadi\r\nterbatas. Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang\r\nsistem informasi penjualan tembakau berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah\r\npelanggan dalam melihat informasi produk dan melakukan pemesanan secara\r\nonline. Proses pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall dengan\r\ntahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan\r\npemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi penjualan berbasis web yang\r\ndilengkapi fitur katalog produk, detail produk, keranjang belanja, serta pemesanan\r\nonline. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas\r\npelayanan toko, memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, dan mempermudah pelanggan\r\ndalam melakukan transaksi tanpa harus datang ke lokasi toko.",
