	bibo:abstract "Tingginya konsumsi podcast pengembangan diri di kalangan mahasiswa Generasi Z belum\r\nselalu diiringi kemampuan literasi media yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nmendeskripsikan bagaimana mahasiswa Generasi Z di Yogyakarta membangun makna dari\r\npodcast Close The Door sebagai media literasi pengembangan diri. Dengan paradigma\r\nkonstruktivisme, penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini melibatkan enam mahasiswa dari\r\nberbagai perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta sebagai subjek melalui wawancara mendalam dan\r\nobservasi konten podcast. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa proses literasi media berlangsung\r\nmelalui tiga dimensi yang saling berkesinambungan. Pada dimensi interpretasi, mahasiswa\r\nmemaknai pesan secara aktif dan personal sesuai konteks kehidupan masing-masing. Pada\r\ndimensi evaluasi, mahasiswa secara kritis mempertimbangkan dan menegosiasikan\r\nrelevansi pesan berdasarkan pengalaman pribadi. Pada dimensi refleksi, pesan yang telah\r\ndievaluasi diinternalisasi menjadi pergeseran nyata dalam cara pandang, sikap, dan\r\nperilaku. Ketiga dimensi ini tidak berlangsung linear, melainkan interaktif dan saling\r\nmemperkuat. Konteks Yogyakarta sebagai kota pelajar dengan keberagaman latar belakang\r\nmahasiswa turut memperdalam proses literasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa podcast\r\nClose The Door berfungsi sebagai media literasi pengembangan diri yang kontekstual dan\r\nbermakna, di mana format percakapan autentiknya memfasilitasi pemaknaan aktif,\r\nevaluasi kritis, dan refleksi mendalam bagi mahasiswa Generasi Z."^^xsd:string;
