KDS Mining\r\nServices belum memiliki website company profile sehingga informasi perusahaan belum\r\ndapat disampaikan secara optimal kepada calon klien, mitra kerja, dan masyarakat. Kondisi\r\nini menyebabkan keterbatasan akses informasi serta kurang optimalnya representasi digital\r\nperusahaan. \r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang UI/UX dan front-end website company profile\r\nPT. KDS Mining Services menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode ini terdiri dari\r\ntahapan Empathize untuk memahami permasalahan dan kebutuhan pengguna melalui\r\nobservasi dan wawancara, Define untuk merumuskan masalah utama, Ideate untuk\r\nmenghasilkan solusi desain, Prototype untuk membuat rancangan website, serta Testing\r\nuntuk menguji rancangan dan memperoleh umpan balik pengguna. \r\n Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan UI/UX dan implementasi front-end website\r\ncompany profile yang informatif, mudah digunakan, dan memiliki tampilan profesional.\r\nHasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh PT.
