Namun, koperasi menghadapi kendala operasional akibat sistem\r\npencatatan konvensional yang memicu inefisiensi pencarian data, risiko kerusakan\r\ndokumen, dan potensi human error. Kondisi ini menghambat akurasi pengelolaan\r\ndata barang, transaksi, dan keanggotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun solusi\r\ndigital yang mengotomatisasi seluruh proses bisnis koperasi ke dalam sistem yang\r\nterstruktur untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan transparansi data.\r\n \r\nMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik observasi dan \r\nwawancara. Pengembangkan sistem menerapkan metode waterfall yang mencakup\r\ntahap analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL,\r\npengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Pendekatan ini memastikan spesifikasi fungsional\r\nterdokumentasi dengan baik guna meminimalisir kegagalan teknis saat\r\nimplementasi.\r\n \r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini mencapai tingkat \r\nkeberhasilan fungsional 100% melalui blackbox testing. Sistem berhasil menekan\r\nredundansi data. Selain itu, fungsi agregasi otomatis pada basis data mempercepat\r\npenyusunan laporan bulanan dari hitungan hari menjadi instan secara real-time.\r\nSecara keseluruhan, sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi administratif dan akurasi\r\ndata pada Koperasi Topografi Kodam IV/Diponegoro."^^xsd:string;
