	bibo:abstract "Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi sistem\r\ntransaksi keuangan dari metode konvensional menuju sistem digital yang lebih\r\nefisien dan terintegrasi. Pengelolaan saldo dan transaksi secara manual berpotensi\r\nmenimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, ketidaksesuaian data, serta kesulitan dalam\r\nmonitoring transaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun\r\nSistem Informasi Dompet Digital berbasis web menggunakan metode Waterfall\r\nguna menghasilkan sistem yang terstruktur dan terdokumentasi dengan baik.\r\nMetode Waterfall diterapkan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan\r\nsistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur\r\nregistrasi pengguna, autentikasi login, proses top up saldo, pengurangan saldo\r\nakibat transaksi, serta pencatatan riwayat transaksi secara otomatis dalam basis data\r\nterpusat. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box testing untuk\r\nmemastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi kebutuhan. Hasil\r\npenelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengelola saldo dan transaksi secara\r\nakurat, terintegrasi, dan real-time. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam\r\npengelolaan transaksi berbasis saldo serta menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan\r\nsistem informasi keuangan digital di lingkungan akademik maupun organisasi skala\r\nkecil."^^xsd:string;
