	bibo:abstract "Karya ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan karya Photo Story yang mendokumentasikan \r\nproses pembuatan brongkos sebagai salah satu kuliner tradisional khas Yogyakarta\r\ndengan menerapkan teori EDFAT (Entire, Detail, Frame, Angle, dan Time). Metode\r\npenciptaan karya dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta proses pengambilan\r\ngambar secara langsung di lokasi produksi. Teknik EDFAT digunakan untuk\r\nmembangun alur visual yang sistematis, mulai dari penggambaran suasana secara\r\nkeseluruhan, penekanan pada detail bahan dan proses, pemanfaatan framing dan sudut\r\npengambilan gambar, hingga penentuan momen yang tepat. \r\n\r\nHasil karya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori EDFAT mampu menghasilkan \r\nrangkaian foto yang naratif, informatif, dan komunikatif dalam menyampaikan tahapan\r\npembuatan brongkos. Karya ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai dokumentasi visual,\r\ntetapi juga sebagai upaya pelestarian kuliner tradisional melalui media fotografi.\r\nDengan demikian, teknik EDFAT terbukti efektif dalam mendukung penciptaan Photo\r\nStory yang memiliki nilai estetika sekaligus nilai informatif."^^xsd:string;
