Pengelolaan secara manual menyebabkan\r\nketidakefisien dan kesulitan bagi pelanggan dalam memantau status pesanan\r\nmereka, yang berdampak pada menurunnya kepuasan pelanggan.\r\nUntuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web\r\ndengan fitur pelacakan status pesanan menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan\r\npengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi,\r\npengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan memantau\r\nstatus pesanan mereka secara real-time melalui antarmuka web yang resposif.\r\nSetiap perubahan status pesanan diperbarui secara berkala dan pelanggan menerima\r\nnotifikasi otomatis melalui email.\r\nHasil implementasi menunjukan bahwa sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi\r\noperasional BUBI CAPS AND CARE dan memberikan transparansi yang lebih\r\nbaik kepada pelanggan, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan mereka. Sistem ini\r\nbermanfaat bagi pelanggan yang ingin memantau proses reparasi topi mereka dan\r\nbagi manajemen dalam mengelola pesanan dengan lebih efektif.
