	bibo:abstract "Travel Trip Keliling Jogja merupakan suatu layanan transportasi yang\r\nmenawarkan jasa perjalanan wisata keliling Yogyakarta. Agar dapat memberikan\r\npelayanan yang unggul, perusahaan perlu memiliki driver yang handal dan\r\nberkomitmen. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk\r\nmemberikan insentif bonus kepada driver berdasarkan penilaian kinerja mereka.\r\nMulti Atribute Utility Theory (MAUT) dipilih sebagai metode yang Metode\r\nPenelitian\r\nMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multi Atribute Utility \r\nTheory (MAUT) yang memungkinkan penilaian berdasarkan berbagai kriteria yang \r\nrelevan. Data penilaian diperoleh melalui survei dan observasi terhadap performa\r\ndriver, termasuk faktor-faktor seperti ketepatan waktu, keamanan berkendara,\r\nkebersihan, keramahan dan kualitas layanan. Selanjutnya, hasil penilaian akan\r\ndiolah menggunakan MAUT untuk menghasilkan nilai utilitas bagi setiap driver.\r\n Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan MAUT dalam sistem\r\npendukung keputusan ini memberikan hasil yang dapat diandalkan untuk\r\nmenentukan pemberian insentif bonus kepada driver. Implikasi dari penelitian ini\r\nadalah adanya potensi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan\r\nmelalui peningkatan kualitas layanan dari driver yang mendapatkan insentif bonus.\r\nKesimpulannya, sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat menjadi alat yang efektif\r\nbagi manajemen travel trip keliling Jogja dalam mengelola dan memberikan\r\ninsentif bonus kepada driver secara adil, berdasarkan penilaian kinerja yang\r\nobyektif menggunakan metode MAUT."^^xsd:string;
