	bibo:abstract "Pertumbuhan penggunaan media penyimpanan eksternal menuntut metode\r\nforensik digital yang efektif untuk pemulihan data. Sistem file exFAT (Extended\r\nFile Allocation Table) dipilih secara luas pada perangkat modern karena mampu\r\nmendukung kapasitas besar dan kompatibilitas lintas platform. Kehilangan data\r\npada exFAT sering terjadi akibat penghapusan, kerusakan perangkat, atau\r\naktivitas berbahaya sehingga diperlukan teknik pemulihan yang tepat. Data\r\ncarving menjadi salah satu solusi utama, dengan dua pendekatan umum yaitu\r\nsignature-based dan structure-based. \r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan efektivitas teknik signaturebased\r\ndan\r\nstructure-based\r\ndata\r\ncarving\r\ndalam\r\nproses\r\npemulihan\r\ndata\r\npada\r\nsistem\r\n\r\nfile\r\nexFAT.\r\nMetodologi\r\nyang\r\ndigunakan\r\nberupa\r\n\r\neksperimen dengan menyiapkan\r\nskenario kehilangan data pada media penyimpanan eksternal. Kedua teknik\r\nditerapkan pada sampel yang sama, kemudian hasil dianalisis berdasarkan tingkat\r\nkeberhasilan pemulihan, integritas file hasil ekstraksi, dan waktu pemrosesan. \r\nAnalisis menunjukkan bahwa signature-based carving bekerja efektif pada\r\nfile dengan pola penanda yang jelas, sedangkan structure-based carving\r\nmemberikan hasil lebih baik pada kasus file terfragmentasi. Hasil ini menegaskan\r\nbahwa pemilihan metode perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi data dan karakteristik\r\nsistem file. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi\r\nforensik digital dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemulihan data pada media\r\npenyimpanan eksternal berbasis exFAT."^^xsd:string;
