      "abstract": "Implementasi teknik motion tracking di Ollin Bakery & Cakeshop ini\r\nbertujuan untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pembuatan kue tart, serta\r\nmeningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk secara keseluruhan. Penerapan\r\nteknologi ini menjadi salah satu inovasi untuk mendukung proses produksi agar\r\nlebih optimal.\r\nPenerapan motion tracking sangat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi dan\r\nmembedakan berbagai bahan penting yang sekilas terlihat mirip, seperti tepung,\r\ngula, dan baking powder. Selain itu, teknik ini juga memastikan ketepatan takaran\r\nbahan seperti penggunaan jumlah telur yang sesuai dengan resep yang diikuti.\r\nVideo pembelajaran yang dihasilkan mencakup seluruh tahapan proses\r\npembuatan kue, mulai dari persiapan bahan, pencampuran adonan, hingga tahap\r\nakhir berupa dekorasi yang menarik dan kreatif. Pada proses ini, gerakan\r\nkaryawan dianalisis secara detail untuk memantau setiap langkah pembuatan,\r\nsehingga mudah dipahami dan diterapkan oleh setiap individu.\r\nDengan penerapan teknologi ini, diharapkan pemahaman serta\r\npembelajaran proses pembuatan kue tart dapat meningkat secara signifikan. Hal\r\ntersebut akan memungkinkan penonton video pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan\r\nefisiensi kerja, konsistensi hasil, serta kualitas produk akhir yang dihasilkan.",
