	bibo:abstract "Film pendek Cukup Sampai Malam Ini merupakan sebuah karya yang\r\ndihasilkan oleh Mahasiswa Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta pada tahun 2024 yang\r\nberhasil lolos official selection Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival (JAFF) 2025. Film\r\nini diproduksi tidak hanya untuk menggugurkan tugas mata kuliah namun dengan\r\nkesepakatan seluruh tim menyatukan tujuan untuk membuat karya terbaik agar mampu\r\nbersaing di festival film nasional hingga internasional. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmengetahui bagaimana manajemen produksi film diterapkan sesuai dengan teori\r\nPOAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) dalam proses produksi film\r\nmulai dari pra-produksi, produksi, pasca-produksi, hingga distribusi dalam karya ini.\r\nPlanning dimulai pada saat pra-produksi dengan mengembangkan ide cerita,\r\nmenyusun keperluan produksi, serta kontrak kerja sama tim. Organizing dilakukan\r\ndengan membagi tugas dan tanggung jawab tim secara horizontal. Actuating dilakukan\r\ndengan memulai produksi atau pengambilan gambar serta suara (syuting). Controlling\r\ndilakukan pada saat pasca-produksi dengan evaluasi kualitas dari hasil produksi.\r\nMelalui manajemen yang terrencana dan terstruktur, menjadi faktor utama karya ini\r\nmampu memenangkan nominasi dalam festival film dan mendapat beberapa\r\npenghargaan."^^xsd:string;
