      "abstract": "Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis  faktor  kekuatan,  kelemahan,  peluang,\r\n dan  ancaman  serta  merumuskan  strategi  pengembangan  Umbul  Susuhan  menggunakan\r\n analisis  SWOT.  Metode  yang  digunakan  adalah  pendekatan  deskriptif  dengan  teknik\r\n observasi,  wawancara,  kuesioner,  dan  dokumentasi  terhadap  82  responden  yang  terdiri  dari\r\n pengelola,  pedagang,  masyarakat,  tukang  parkir,  dan  wisatawan.  Hasil  penelitian\r\n menunjukkan  bahwa  Umbul  Susuhan  memiliki  kekuatan  berupa  harga  tiket  yang\r\n terjangkau,  fasilitas  yang  lebih  baik,  serta  dampak  ekonomi  bagi  masyarakat,  namun  masih\r\n memiliki  kelemahan  seperti  kebersihan  kolam,  keterbatasan  SDM,  dan  promosi  yang\r\n belum  optimal.  Peluang  yang  dimiliki  meliputi  potensi  tradisi  padusan  dan  pengembangan\r\n usaha,  sedangkan  ancaman  berupa  persaingan  wisata  dan  faktor  cuaca.  Nilai  IFAS  sebesar\r\n 2,42  dan  EFAS  sebesar  2,37  dengan  koordinat  -0,19  dan  0,08.  Strategi  yang  diprioritaskan\r\n adalah  WO  dan  ST  melalui  peningkatan  promosi  digital,  kemitraan  UMKM,  serta\r\n pemanfaatan keunggulan harga dan fasilitas.",
