	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah UMKM, nilai \r\nproduksi, pengeluaran tenaga kerja, dan indeks pembangunan Teknologi Informasi \r\ndan Komunikasi (TIK) terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sektor UMKM di \r\nKawasan Tengah dan Timur Indonesia tahun 2019–2024. Penelitian menggunakan \r\ndata sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dengan metode analisis \r\nregresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel \r\nberpengaruh positif terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa \r\npeningkatan perkembangan UMKM dan pembangunan digital memiliki peran \r\npenting dalam memperluas kesempatan kerja serta mendukung pencapaian \r\nSustainable Development Goals di Indonesia."^^xsd:string;
