	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis perbedaan kinerja \r\nkeuangan PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) pada periode sebelum dan sesudah\r\ndilakukannya merger. Fokus analisis diarahkan pada empat rasio keuangan utama, yaitu\r\nReturn on Asset (ROA), Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO),\r\nNon-Performing Financing (NPF), dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Penelitian\r\nini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan sumber data sekunder\r\nberupa laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2016 – 2025. Teknik analisis data dilakukan\r\nmelalui analisis deskriptif perhitungan rata-rata menggunakan perangkat lunak\r\nMicrosoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada rasio\r\nROA, BOPO, NPF, dan FDR antara periode sebelum dan sesudah merger, di mana\r\nterjadi peningkatan pada profitabilitas, perbaikan pada efisiensi operasional dan\r\nkualitas aset bank, serta pada likuiditas bank mampu menjaga stabilitas likuiditasnya\r\ndi tengah proses integrasi entitas."^^xsd:string;
