environment dengan realisme visual tinggi yang tetap lancar dalam manajemen data&#13;
dan waktu pengerjaan. Masalah ini berdampak pada sulitnya membangun aset&#13;
berskala luas seperti planet Mars yang memiliki detail permukaan kompleks, karena&#13;
metode manual sering kali memicu beban kerja perangkat yang sangat berat.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang lingkungan "Silent Mountain" guna&#13;
menganalisis kontribusi teknik displacement mapping terhadap peningkatan&#13;
realisme visual dan kedalaman geometris objek permukaan secara efektif.&#13;
Metode yang digunakan berfokus pada integrasi height maps dan teknik&#13;
displacement di dalam software Blender. Langkah penyelesaian masalah dimulai&#13;
dari pengolahan data height map 32-bit untuk elevasi tebing yang akurat, penerapan&#13;
adaptive subdivision untuk detail permukaan dinamis, hingga tahap compositing&#13;
berbasis Z-depth untuk menciptakan kabut atmosferik. Proses ini mencakup&#13;
penyelarasan aspek geometri, material, dan sinematografi agar lingkungan tetap&#13;
ringan secara teknis namun memiliki skala visual yang masif.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik displacement terbukti jauh&#13;
lebih praktis dibandingkan pemodelan manual dan mampu menghasilkan tingkat&#13;
realisme yang akurat. Berdasarkan pengujian kelayakan, Uji Evaluasi Ahli&#13;
memberikan indeks persentase sebesar 82% yang masuk dalam kategori "Sangat&#13;
Baik". Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata sebagai referensi alur kerja bagi&#13;
3D artist dan mahasiswa dalam merancang simulasi lingkungan planet. Penelitian&#13;
lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi variasi material prosedural&#13;
