Secara khusus, penelitian ini\r\nbertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal usaha Dimsum Anindita melalui\r\npendekatan analisis SWOT serta menyusun rancangan pengembangan model bisnis menggunakan\r\nBusiness Model Canvas (BMC).\r\nPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari hasil responden dan\r\nobservasi, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan\r\nancaman yang dihadapi oleh Dimsum Anindita. \r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dimsum Anindita memiliki potensi pengembangan usaha\r\nberdasarkan analisis BMC dan SWOT. Kekuatan utama terletak pada kualitas produk, harga\r\nterjangkau, dan lokasi strategis, dengan kelemahan pada promosi digital, kapasitas, dan kemasan.\r\nPeluang pasar cukup besar meskipun persaingan tinggi.
