Penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nmerumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis Ahseco guna meningkatkan daya saing. Metode\r\npenelitian dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner pada responden usia 15–54\r\ntahun di wilayah Sleman, Yogyakarta. Analisis data menggunakan metode SWOT dan\r\nBusiness Model Canvas.
