	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengembangan bisnis pada usaha kuliner Nianore, \r\nNianore berfokus pada produk cheesecake rendah gula dengan konsep lebih sehat. Penelitian\r\nini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SWOT, Business Model Canvas (BMC), analisis pasar,\r\ndan proyeksi laporan keuangan untuk menggambarkan kondisi internal.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Nianore memiliki keunggulan pada kualitas rasa\r\nyang seimbang, harga yang relatif terjangkau, dan kemasan yang modern dan sehat. Namun,\r\nanalisis juga mengungkap keterbatasan kapasitas produksi dan pengelolaan operasional\r\nsebagai faktor pembatas pertumbuhan usaha. Hasil analisis SWOT dan BMC menghasilkan\r\nstrategi pengembangan berupa penguatan positioning sebagai dessert sehat, pemanfaatan\r\npemasaran digital, serta penyesuaian operasional dan perencanaan keuangan dengan skala\r\nusaha dan pola permintaan musiman.
