	bibo:abstract "Perkembangan tren sepatu sebagai bagian dari gaya hidup meningkatkan \r\nkebutuhan akan layanan perawatan sepatu yang profesional, aman, dan terpercaya.\r\nNamun, keterbatasan waktu, risiko kerusakan sepatu, serta kurangnya informasi\r\nmengenai layanan cuci sepatu profesional masih menjadi permasalahan konsumen.\r\nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan dan strategi pengembangan\r\nusaha jasa cuci sepatu Spooclean di Kecamatan Kajoran, Kabupaten Magelang.\r\nMetode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan\r\nkuantitatif melalui analisis pasar, strategi bisnis, dan analisis keuangan. Hasil\r\npenelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Spooclean memiliki peluang pasar yang baik\r\ndengan tingkat persaingan relatif rendah. \r\nAnalisis keuangan menunjukkan pendapatan sebesar Rp76.645.000 dan\r\nlaba bersih Rp8.045.000 pada tahun 2025, dengan waktu balik modal sekitar 15\r\nbulan dan nilai Return on Investment (ROI) sebesar 80,45%.
