	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini berfokus pada usaha Bakso Sosohokki yang merupakan usaha\r\nmikro yang  memproduksi bakso berbahan utama daging ayam. Tujuannya untuk\r\nmengembangkan model bisnis dan menyusun strategi pengembangan bisnis agar\r\ndapat bersaing di pasar. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama Bakso\r\nSosohokki, yang juga dialami oleh pesaing, meliputi aspek daging yang kurang\r\nberasa, pelayanan, dan harga. Strategi yang dirumuskan mencakup kerangka\r\npemasaran 7P, dengan sistem pemesanan PO, manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia\r\n(SDM) yang mandiri, serta strategi keuangan yang efisien tanpa menggunakan\r\npinjaman eksternal.
