Usaha kuliner dimsum, yang\r\nmenggabungkan cita rasa lokal, memiliki peluang pasar yang besar meskipun harus\r\nberhadapan dengan persaingan yang sangat ketat dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan\r\nBMC (Business Model Canvas) yang terdiri dari 9 elemen yaitu Customer Segments, Value\r\nProposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key\r\nActivities, Key Partners, dan Cost Structure.
