      "abstract": "Dimsum Nusantara adalah sebuah bisnis kuliner yang mengedepankan kualitas dimsum \r\nberbahan dasar ayam segar dan inovasi saus, seperti perpaduan saus kacang lokal dan saus\r\nmentai modern. Dimsum Nusantara juga menawarkan berbagai jenis paket dimsum dari mulai\r\nharga Rp 5.000-35.000, produk yang best seller pada Dimsum Nusantara adalah jenis produk\r\ndimsum mentai pada paket isi 3 dengan harga Rp 10.000. \r\nSkripsi ini bertujuan merumuskan strategi yang ampuh untuk mengembangkan\r\nbisnis Dimsum  Nusantara demi meningkatkan angka penjualan. Usaha kuliner dimsum, yang\r\nmenggabungkan cita rasa lokal, memiliki peluang pasar yang besar meskipun harus\r\nberhadapan dengan persaingan yang sangat ketat dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan\r\nBMC (Business Model Canvas) yang terdiri dari 9 elemen yaitu Customer Segments, Value\r\nProposition, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key\r\nActivities, Key Partners, dan Cost Structure. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini akan\r\nmenyajikan rekomendasi untuk strategi pengembangan bisnis yang menyeluruh yang\r\nmemadukan kekuatan internal dan peluang, serta mengatasi kelemahan dan ancaman dari luar,\r\nsehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan volume penjualan Dimsum Nusantara.",
