      "abstract": "Usaha kos – kos an ini bergerak di bidang penyedia jasa hunian bagi mahasiswa dan pegawai\r\nyang berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan jumlah kamar 14 unit, dibagi menjadi 2\r\ntype yaitu type biasa dan type eksklusif. Lokasi usaha strategis dekat dengan area kampus.\r\nHarga kamar kos di Mutiara Kost kisaran Rp 600.000 – Rp 1.000.000 usaha dikelola dengan\r\nsistem sewa perbulan dan pertahun. Pendapatan utama berasal dari biaya sewa kamar,\r\nsedangkan biaya operasional meliputi listrik, wifi, perawatan, kebersihan, dan pajak. Hingga\r\nsaat ini mutiara kos memiliki 85 kamar di 6 titik di daerah Yogyakarta.\r\nLokasi kos-kosan sebagai berikut :\r\n1. Griya mutiara 1: Tamantirto (UMY) jumlah kamar 15 eksklusif\r\n2. Kost Putri Dewi Sri : Tamantirto (UMY) Jumlah kamar 16 eksklusif\r\n3. Griya Mutiara 2 : Glagahsari (UAD) jumlah kamar 14\r\n4. Mutiara 1 : Glagahsari (UAD) jumlah kamar 15 \r\n5. Mutiara kos : Sleman City Hall ( SCH) jumlah kamar 10\r\n6. Gaffary kost : Tamantirto (UMY) jumlah kamar 15\r\nStrategi pengelolaan bisnis di Mutiara kost mencakup 7P yaitu :\r\n1.
