Tujan dari penyusunan skripsi ini untuk menyusun\r\nstrategi pengembangan bisnis Lumpia Ayam Pedas agar bisa berkembang dan lebih\r\nbaik lagi untuk kedepannya dan dapat bersaing di dunia cemilan lokal. Berdasarkan\r\nhasil survei terhadap konsumen serta analisis terhadap kompetitor, ditemukan\r\nbeberapa permasahalan yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya inovasi menu yang dapat\r\nmenarik perhatian konsumen, promosi dan pemasaran yang belum optimal. Untuk\r\nmenjawab tantangan tersebut, dirumuskan inovasi strategi strategi varian baru\r\nproduk, peningkatan konsistensi produk serta penguatan dalam promosi dan\r\npemasaran produk. Perencanaan bisnis Lumpia Ayam Pedas meliputi aspek\r\noperasional, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, serta keuangan dengan pendekatan\r\nanalisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) dan BMC (Business\r\nModel Canvas) dalam penentuan strategi. Melalui perencanaan dan strategi yang\r\nterarah, Lumpia Ayam Pedas bisa memperkuat dalam hal branding, menjadi usaha\r\ncemilan yang inovatif, melalui inovasi rasa dan strategi pemasaran dapat\r\nberkembang menjadi usaha berkelanjutan dan dikenal diseluruh Indonesia."^^xsd:string;
