Untuk bersaing di industri makanan yang semakin kompetitif,\r\ndiperlukan strategi yang efektif guna meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha. \r\nPenelitian ini menggunakan metode SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, dan\r\nthreats) dan BMC (business model canvas) dalam menentukan strategi pengembangan pada\r\nbisnis lumpia beefa. Lumpia beefa mengeluarkan inovasi baru dari sebuah lumpia, yang\r\nbiasanya isiannya sayuran, rebung dan daging. Lumpia Beefa menginovasikan lumpia dengan\r\nisian selada, jagung, makaroni, timun, smoke beef dan saus dengan sekali gigitan.\r\nHasil dari penelitian ini Lumpia Beefa dapat melihat peluang besar dikarenakan masih\r\nminimnya kompetitor disekitar. Dengan menggunakan sistem pemasaran yang diterapkan\r\nBusiness to Consumer (B2C) melalui penjualan langsung dan media sosial.
