      "abstract": "Perkembangan zaman yang semakin pesat telah membawa perubahan\r\nsignifikan dalam dunia ekonomi dan persaingan bisnis. Kondisi ini menuntut\r\nperusahaan untuk mampu merancang dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang\r\nefektif guna menarik serta mempertahankan pelanggan. Salah satu pendekatan yang\r\ndapat digunakan untuk memahami karakteristik pelanggan adalah analisis\r\nsegmentasi menggunakan metode clustering. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode\r\nAgglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) untuk mengelompokkan pelanggan\r\nberdasarkan kesamaan karakteristik data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cluster\r\nyang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik, sehingga mampu\r\nmenggambarkan segmentasi pelanggan secara jelas. Kualitas cluster tersebut\r\nberpengaruh signifikan terhadap perumusan strategi pemasaran yang lebih tepat\r\nsasaran, efisien, dan berbasis data.",
