	bibo:abstract "Penelitian ini membahas perubahan global value chain (GVC) sebagai\r\ndampak rivalitas Amerika Serikat–China dengan menyoroti Vietnam sebagai\r\npenerima manfaat melalui studi kasus Amkor Technology pada periode 2021-2024.\r\nMenggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi\r\nliteratur, laporan perusahaan, dan publikasi terkait industri semikonduktor.\r\nPenelitian ini menemukan bahwa meningkatnya ketegangan geopolitik mendorong\r\ndiversifikasi rantai pasok dan relokasi produksi ke Asia Tenggara, yang\r\nmemberikan peluang strategis bagi Vietnam dalam bentuk peningkatan investasi,\r\nperluasan kapasitas manufaktur, serta penguatan posisi dalam sektor packaging dan\r\ntesting. Keputusan Amkor berinvestasi di Bắc Ninh mencerminkan kebutuhan\r\nindustri untuk membangun rantai pasok yang lebih aman dan efisien.
