	bibo:abstract "Dengan mengacu pada kerangka Elena Gurgu, penelitian ini mengkaji\r\ndiplomasi publik Korea Selatan di Filipina melalui program Global Korea\r\nScholarship (GKS) tahun 2021-2024. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa GKS\r\ndijalankan secara strategis dan berkelanjutan, di dukung penuh oleh lembaga resmi\r\nseperti National Institute for International Education (NIIED) dan Kedutaan Besar\r\nKorea di Filipina. Mahasiswa Filipina tidak hanya memperoleh pendidikan\r\nberkualitas, tetapi juga terlibat aktif dalam kehidupan sosial budaya Korea, mulai\r\ndari kelas hingga festival budaya tradisional yang membangun ikatan emosional\r\ndan pemahaman lintas budaya. Setelah kembali, mereka menjadi duta tidak resmi\r\nyang mempromosikan citra positif Korea Selatan, program pendukung seperti\r\nKPTEP bahkan memperluas jangkauan diplomasi hingga ke sekolah menengah, \r\nxii\r\n \r\nsecara keseluruhan, GKS berhasil membangun hubungan bilateral yang personal,\r\nemosional, berkelanjutan, dan persepsi yang baik di mata Filipina."^^xsd:string;
