Analisis menunjukkan bahwa GKS dijalankan secara strategis dan berkelanjutan, di dukung penuh oleh lembaga resmi seperti National Institute for International Education (NIIED) dan Kedutaan Besar Korea di Filipina. Mahasiswa Filipina tidak hanya memperoleh pendidikan berkualitas, tetapi juga terlibat aktif dalam kehidupan sosial budaya Korea, mulai dari kelas hingga festival budaya tradisional yang membangun ikatan emosional dan pemahaman lintas budaya.
