	bibo:abstract "Tingginya tingkat Pekerja Migran Indonesia Nonprosedural (PMI NP) di \r\nMalaysia menjadi tantangan besar bagi Indonesia dan Malaysia meskipun MoU\r\ntelah tercipta melalui One Channel System (OCS) sebagai bentuk mekanisme upaya\r\npencegahan dalam menurunkan PMI NP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk\r\nmenganalisis dalam mengukur optimalisasi kerja sama Indonesia dan Malaysia\r\nmenggunakan indikator teori kerja sama internasional yang dikemukakan K.J\r\nHolsti dalam pencegahan PMI NP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini\r\nadalah kualitatif deskriptif yang melibatkan analisis literatur dan berbagai sumber\r\ndata laporan pemerintah, berita massa yang mempresentasikan realitas lapangan\r\ndan sumber akademik.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama\r\ninternasional melalui OCS belum optimal yang disebabkan adanya indisipliner\r\nterhadap kebijakan bersama, penyalahgunaan visa kunjungan dan terjadi tumpang\r\ntindih kepentingan dalam implementasi  OCS. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi\r\npenguatan perjanjian bilateral dan pengendalian strategis yang berfungsi secara\r\noptimal yang bertujuan mencegah terbukannya celah jalur PMI NP dan menjamin\r\nkepastian perlindungan PMI di Malaysia."^^xsd:string;
