Di Indonesia, antusiasme masyarakat yang tinggi terhadap\r\nevent olahraga sering terkendala oleh proses administrasi manual yang memakan\r\nwaktu, rawan kesalahan, dan kurang transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang\r\ndan mengimplementasikan platform berbasis web untuk mengotomasi proses\r\npendaftaran dan manajemen event olahraga menggunakan framework CodeIgniter\r\n4. \r\nPengembangan sistem menggunakan metodologi Waterfall, dimulai dari\r\nanalisis kebutuhan, desain sistem dengan arsitektur MVC dan diagram ERD,\r\nimplementasi menggunakan teknologi PHP 8.2, CodeIgniter 4, MySQL 8.0,\r\nBootstrap 5, dan JavaScript, hingga pengujian fungsional dan non-fungsional.\r\nSistem yang dibangun menawarkan pendaftaran online, manajemen kategori\r\nlomba, verifikasi pembayaran, dashboard admin real-time, dan generasi sertifikat\r\ndigital otomatis. \r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi\r\nsecara signifikan: waktu pendaftaran berkurang dari 3–5 hari menjadi 10–15 menit,\r\nakurasi data meningkat dari 80% menjadi 99,5%, dan beban kerja administratif\r\nturun hingga 70%. Pengujian fungsional mencapai keberhasilan 100%, dengan\r\nwaktu muat halaman rata-rata 1,2 detik dan kemampuan menangani 50 pengguna\r\nbersamaan. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menghasilkan skor kepuasan 4,5 dari\r\nskala 5,0.
