	bibo:abstract "Café Ndalem Hanoman memerlukan sistem yang mampu meningkatkan\r\nefisiensi pelayanan reservasi kepada pelanggan. Proses reservasi yang masih\r\ndilakukan secara manual menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan, seperti kesalahan\r\npencatatan jadwal, keterlambatan konfirmasi pembayaran, serta kesulitan dalam\r\npengelolaan data dan pembuatan laporan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nuntuk mengimplementasikan metode Scrum dalam pengembangan sistem reservasi\r\nonline berbasis web pada Café Ndalem Hanoman agar proses pemesanan,\r\npengelolaan jadwal, dan transaksi dapat dilakukan secara lebih efektif dan\r\nterintegrasi. \r\nMetode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Scrum, yang terdiri dari\r\ntahapan penyusunan product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog,\r\npengembangan sistem, sprint review, dan sprint retrospective. Proses\r\npengembangan sistem dilakukan secara iteratif sehingga setiap fitur dapat diuji dan\r\ndievaluasi secara berkala. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel\r\ndengan basis data MySQL. Proses pembayaran dilakukan melalui QR Code yang\r\ndiunggah atau ditampilkan kepada pelanggan sebagai media pembayaran,\r\nkemudian admin melakukan proses verifikasi pembayaran melalui sistem. \r\nHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem reservasi online yang\r\ndikembangkan mampu mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan\r\nruangan dan paket secara daring, membantu admin dalam mengelola jadwal dan\r\ndata reservasi, melakukan verifikasi pembayaran berbasis QR Code, serta\r\nmenghasilkan laporan transaksi secara otomatis. Implementasi metode Scrum\r\nmembantu proses pengembangan menjadi lebih terstruktur, fleksibel, dan sesuai\r\ndengan kebutuhan pengguna."^^xsd:string;
