	bibo:abstract "Pneumonia merupakan infeksi saluran pernapasan akut yang menjadi salah\r\nsatu penyebab utama peningkatan angka kesakitan dan kematian, khususnya pada\r\nanak-anak. Di Indonesia, jumlah kasus pneumonia terus meningkat, sehingga\r\ndiperlukan diagnosis yang cepat dan akurat. Pemeriksaan X-Ray dada menjadi\r\nmetode utama dalam diagnosis pneumonia, namun interpretasi manual oleh\r\nradiolog bersifat subjektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu,\r\ndibutuhkan sistem pendukung diagnosis yang lebih objektif dan konsisten.\r\n \r\nPenelitian ini menerapkan model deep learning berbasis Convolutional \r\nNeural Networks (CNN) untuk mendeteksi pneumonia pada citra X-Ray dada, serta\r\nmengintegrasikan metode Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (GradCAM)\r\n\r\nguna meningkatkan interpretabilitas model. Tahapan penelitian meliputi\r\npra-pemrosesan data, pelatihan dan fine-tuning model, evaluasi kinerja\r\nmenggunakan metrik klasifikasi, serta visualisasi hasil prediksi melalui GradCAM.\r\n\r\n\r\nHasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model mencapai akurasi sebesar \r\n90,38% dengan kinerja yang seimbang pada setiap kelas. Visualisasi Grad-CAM\r\nmemperlihatkan fokus model pada area paru-paru yang relevan secara klinis pada\r\nkasus pneumonia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model tidak hanya memiliki\r\nkinerja yang baik, tetapi juga mampu memberikan interpretasi visual yang\r\nmendukung kepercayaan klinis, sehingga berpotensi digunakan sebagai alat bantu\r\ndiagnosis pneumonia."^^xsd:string;
