	bibo:abstract "Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis  sentimen  chatbots  Amikom  yang \r\n digunakan  oleh  Whatsapp  Caller  Center  dengan  menggunakan  metode  Long  Short-Term \r\n Memory  (LSTM).  Data  yang  digunakan  adalah  data  sentimen  yang  terdiri  dari \r\n pesan-pesan  yang  dikirim  oleh  pengguna  kepada  chatbots  Amikom  melalui  layanan \r\n Whatsapp  Caller  Center.  Metode  LSTM  dipilih  karena  mampu  menangani  data  yang \r\n memiliki  hubungan  temporal  yang  kuat  dan  mampu  memprediksi  sentimen  pengguna \r\n dengan  akurasi  yang  tinggi.  Hasil  dari  penelitian  ini  menunjukkan  bahwa  metode  LSTM \r\n dapat  digunakan  untuk  menganalisis  sentimen  chatbots  Amikom  dengan  akurasi  sebesar \r\n 96%."^^xsd:string;
