	bibo:abstract "Sampah menjadi salah satu permasalahan serius di negara Indonesia yang\r\nharus segera diselesaikan. Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat sering kali tidak\r\nmemahami, memilah dan mengelola sampah dengan benar. Minimnya akses\r\nterhadap edukasi mengenai pengelolaan sampah juga turut memperparah kondisi\r\nini. Akibatnya, sampah tidak terkelola dengan baik dan menyebabkan pencemaran\r\nlingkungan yang membahayakan keberlanjutan ekosistem. Oleh sebab itu, perlu\r\nadanya upaya untuk mengurangi dan menanggulangi masalah sampah yang kian\r\nhari semakin memprihatinkan.\r\nDalam penelitian ini, penulis berupaya dengan memanfaatkan model hybrid\r\nCNN-SVM untuk mengklasifikasi jenis sampah. CNN yang digunakan merupakan\r\nCNN kustom dengan Residual Squeeze-and-Excitation (SE) Block, yang berperan\r\nsebagai ekstraktor fitur. Fitur-fitur yang dihasilkan diklasifikasikan menggunakan\r\nSVM sebagai klasifikator akhir. Dataset yang digunakan merupakan gabungan dari\r\nbeberapa dataset dengan total 29.251 data, yang dibagi secara stratifikasi ke dalam\r\ndata latih, validasi dan data uji. Pengembangan model difokuskan pada optimasi\r\narsitektur dan hyperparameter tuning pada CNN dan SVM.\r\nHasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa evaluasi akhir model mencapai\r\naccuracy sebesar 93%, dengan nilai precision, recall dan F1-score masing-masing\r\nsebesar 0.93, serta nilai ROC-AUC sebesar 0.9933. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa\r\nmodel dapat melakukan klasifikasi jenis sampah secara akurat dan konsisten. Hasil\r\npenelitian memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung pengelolaan sampah, serta\r\ndapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat umum, penggiat lingkungan dan lembaga\r\npengelolaan sampah. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pengembangan\r\nsistem pemilahan sampah yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
